Little Chef Classes
Cookery Classes for Junior, Senior Infants and 1st Class. Ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner – children cook a variety of dishes – encouraging them to try new foods, and to make some delicious meals and snacks.

Young Chefs Teenage Classes
The cheapest and healthiest way to eat is to cook it yourself. This course encourages teenagers to enjoy food, learn to cook, manage the kitchen and share this talent with their family and peers and learn a skill for life.

Transition Year
Junior chef has run courses successfully for transition year students. It is a weekly cooking and kitchen management course that teaches young people to manage independently. To share great ideas with their friends, learn skills that will develop confidence in the kitchen, cook delicious meals for themselves, both main courses and deserts,and change their eating habits to a healthier lifestyle.
This course is highly recommended by teachers and the young people who have benefitted from the course. Prices on request.
Transition Year Classes
These classes facilitate Transition Year Students during their academic year. There are a number of dates below and classes run over 5 consecutive days.

School Holiday Cooking Camps
The cooking camps run through every school holiday. The children cook a main course and a dessert each day, and then sit down together to eat all the delicious food they have made. Prices include all ingredients and fruit break. All new recipes for 2011.

The daily rate is subject to availability and must be paid in advance.
