Young children doing the cooking doesn’t always have to bring negative questions to mind, such as: Is there a battery in the fire alarm?

Are there Rennies in the bathroom? If he’s any good, will I have a young Gordon Ramsay on my hands?

“Never leave children unattended when cooking but other than that, the only thing you have to contain is their enthusiasm, as they become very excited when making their own pizza and cheese puffs and chickens wraps,” says Yvonne Rosenkranz of the Junior Chef Cookery School in Blackrock, which specialises in kiddies cooking parties.
